"Good, speedy shipment. I was confused when product came in Enclosure Box instead of External Hard Drive Box with no explanation. Support answered quickly when I asked about it. Instructions for hard drive were confusing to me. It looked like I needed to open the top of the hard drive enclosure and do some connections. Again, Support explained that I should skip those steps and all I needed to do was install the drive, initialize and format it. I found it difficult to locate the instructions for initializing and formatting on your website. Again, Support responded with a website. All-in-all, I am very satisfied with the product but you could make it easier for home users by improving documentation. Thanks."
"Excellent and smooth transaction. Item was delivered to the door, well packed and timely. Item was just as shown and described. Hard drive works awesome. Thanks Al"
"I bought a hard drive for my home business and highly reccomend this seller. Fast shipping and great customer service. I would definitely shop again."
"Advertised as "Brand New" "Retail packaged and factory sealed" Western Digital 320GB External Hard Drive with a "one year warranty"....
Product I received had a "RECERTIFIED" sticker on the INTERNAL hard drive"...enclosed in cheap black plastic brand x encasement along with a USED POWER CABLE which all came in a box with no brand name and also, NO PROOF OF WARRANTY.
Western Digital contacted me to tell me they have NO SUCH PRODUCT matching the model #.
ALL REFERENCES TO "BRAND NEW" "RETAIL PACKAGED" AND "FACTORY SEALED" ARE REFERRING TO THE GENERIC ENCLOSURE. NOT THE DRIVE.......... (notice strategic placement of Warranty and WD logos and the information next to each.
He of course left me hysterical neg. feedback claiming that the problem was that I could not read the ad correctly .....meaning that I WAS INCORRECT IN ASSUMING THAT I WAS BUYING A WESTERN DIGITAL HD SYSTEM.
WILL NOT HONOR "RETURN FOR ANY REASON" POLICY IF HE DOES NOT FEEL LIKE IT.
After being told to no longer contact him because I dared to request a refund (twice), I filed a paypal dispute and left factual neg. feedback.....THEN HE THREATENED ME in ebay messages while requesting a mutual feedback withdrawl...
"THINGS WILL ONLY GET WORSE FOR YOU IF YOU DO NOT WITHDRAWL NEGATIVE FEEDBACK."
He also said that I will not get refund if I do not withdrawl.
I escalated to paypal claim and he responded by starting some ebay process called "mutual unpaid agreement" saying (falsely) that he and I agreed to cancel transaction and I WOULD HAVE TO COVER HIS EBAY FEES. This agreement implies "UNPAID" and I have paid.
This product is worth about $60 and without warranty...$0. I paid $150.00!

"Paid an additional $70 for overnight shipping and received the item DOA. In spite of Narro actively selling the identical units he refused to send a replacement unit overnight. Threatens me with negative feedback and claims I "broke" the unit. There's a large body of very negative information about this seller I now discover."
"I got what I asked for, all was new, in the box, worked well.
Only complaint was that the communication was not up to par, often got a form response instead of a response directly answering my question.
Would likly buy from again otherwise.
Had an issue with payment, eBay techs assured me it was a glitch on thier end, so getting the order finalized in in the mail took an extra week. Agin, not really Narro's fault."
"The item arrived in good condition and within a resonable time frame.
The one thing I have to gripe about is the drive I recieved was REFURBISHED. There was NO mention of it being a refurbed drive thus the buyer will normally consider it a new drive they will be recieving.
If I had not opened the enclosure to check the drive, I would have been none-the-wiser that I had been given a refurbed drive instead of a new one like I had originally thought when I bought the drive/enclosure.
I would have thought twice before buying this particular enclosure/drive combo had I known it was a refurbed drive."
"I'm happy with the purchase i made.Hardrive seems working fine so far.Althought i didn't know how to make my pc notice it.I had a great support for that by Narro.com.Thanks again."
"They did a good job with contact and helped me feel secure from purchasing online. Nice website too that allows for me to check my shipment and all. Overall a very pleasing experience."
"It would be helpful if live help was more readily available. I had a problem with the hard drive that I finally figured out. A live person would have been able to solve my problem much sooner. I was about to return the product, when I finally figured out how to make it work. Other than that, I have no complaints about your service."
"This company was a pleasure to deal with. I plan to check with them for other purchases when needed. Communication was great and shipping was very prompt. I highly recommend this company due to the service I have received."
"Good product, happy thus far, the instructions were not correct with the unit, I had to guess to figure out how to instal it and make it work. Could improve on detailed instructions with you items, if you cannot include them in the box then have them available on the internet."
"Great seller. I received quick response and shipment on my order. It was great and worked super."
"Terrible seller, hidden costs, refurbished products, rude, the whole deal."
"Dealing with this individual has been one of the most frustrating things I've ever had to do. I bought a product from the seller which I thought was a Western Digital external hard drive. It turned out to be some no name refurbished hard drive with a different type of casing. This seller repeatedly sent vague responses to questions I had about returning a product. Almost like he knew exactly what steps I would be taking next in an effort to get my money back. He wasn't interested in giving me a refund until I opened a dispute with Paypal. At that time, he told me to return the item for a refund (after notifying me of the mysterious 15% restocking fee). I returned the item (which cost me half the price to ship it back to him than it did to have it shipped to me). A week went by and the seller refused to reply to my emails about obtaining my refund. That is when I escalated the dispute to a claim through Paypal. The seller finally emailed me and said I had to close the dispute before he could issue my refund.
from narro:
"I can't issue a refund until all disputes are closed. PayPal does not allow it. Let me know when I can do so."
This is the exact opposite of what the Paypal website says to do in this situation. And two calls to Paypal confirmed that the seller was starting to get desperate in an effort to not return my money. Paypal eventually decided in my favor and recovered funds from the seller. At this point I was finally able to leave my negative feedback (which he replied to calling me "horrible"). People are obviously still buying from this individual, but please beware of this guy and hope that you don't have to receive email correspondence from him. It was like dealing with a bratty 12 year old and I hope he gets what is coming to him."
