After several weeks of not receiving my order, I asked to cancel it as it was still in "processing" and I wanted to get plants in the ground. I was told there is a 20% fee for canceling which I still cannot find in any fine print of ordering so it must be well buried. They said they were waiting until it was warmer to ship, which is also not clearly listed anywhere on the description of the product. So I waited another full 2 weeks to receive, well after we were not having any frosts predicted. Just received the dwarf boxwoods today and for $50.00 each they are only just slightly bigger than a can of diet coke. They also arrived with loose bags around the pots so all the dirt was all over the box and none in with the roots. Ugh. So very disappointing. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

"It was easy to order, communication was good without being inundated with excessive emails, excellent description of product, and if you read through the site I would say it would answer 99.9999 percent of any questions you might have. I have not received my current order since I just placed it but I have purchased from them in the past. They were the best packaged and healthiest trees I have received. I ordered trees from another online seller which were bare roots and after 3 years and 4 attempts I switched to Nature Hills and have had ZERO problems!"

"Bought 2 Chinese wisteria trees. Both delivered but 1 seemed to be a little weaker than the other, but of course they were young and just delivered. "Bought Ann magnolia at a great price. Easy check out. Way fast delivery like next day almost. Was delivered upside down. Need to make boxes. But even though was upside down. The box construction was what saved this plant. Thus packing was just great. Opened box to one good Lookin Healthy plant. Well watered. Pot wrapped in plastic bag to hold moisture keeping plant moistly feed. Got some good service. Customer service replied within two days with answer to gyrations asked about the QR codes on receipt that I couldn't print out. Now just hope this plant will like it at my home in southeastern Pennsylvania. The one planted here since 1975 did til I fell over just last week. So bought this one to take its place."
"Hard to find trees (Little Cado) for an excellent price. However, both trees I purchased arrived in less than perfect health. I’ve been able to nurse the first back to health and have high hopes for the second but don’t expect perfect specimens."
