Terrible experience!
"After several weeks of not receiving my order, I asked to cancel it as it was still in "processing" and I wanted to get plants in the ground. I was told there is a 20% fee for canceling which I still cannot find in any fine print of ordering so it must be well buried. They said they were waiting until it was warmer to ship, which is also not clearly listed anywhere on the description of the product. So I waited another full 2 weeks to receive, well after we were not having any frosts predicted. Just received the dwarf boxwoods today and for $50.00 each they are only just slightly bigger than a can of diet coke. They also arrived with loose bags around the pots so all the dirt was all over the box and none in with the roots. Ugh. So very disappointing. If I could give 0 stars, I would!"
