All I got to say is.. good luck. They still haven't shipped my product.

"7 emails, a month later, and I still don't have a shipping confirmation. They needed 3 different confirmations! All I ordered was a little Mikrotik. This was a test, and they failed royally. Finally gave up and just ordered what I wanted from Amazon. They say "they'll ship it and send me the shipping info" ... I'll believe it when I see it.

No refunds and poor customer service. Never ordering from this company again.

Recover stolen cryptocurrency

"Hi eveyone. Don’t feel bad. These **** took me for hundreds of thousands. I would be happy to join a lawsuit, and even happier to locate these clowns. Feel like an absolute idiot and have to admit they’re pretty good at this. At one stage they increased my balance significantly in a single day, so I thought “hey this works”. couple hundred thousands later down the drain. Bait and switch

"Bait and switch.

Do not trust the item description and picture reflected, they will send you a different item in different color then direct you to submit an RMA that you have to initial and agree to a 20% restocking fee even though it's classic "bait and switch".

I ordered a Silver colored computer case from them and they were the only online retailer selling it in silver. Every other retailer sold it in black including Amazon. I paid the extra $20 to purchase from Neobits for the Silver color and when I got it and opened it, it was the black version.

I can't believe this place is still in business.

$545.00 Rotor Tiller

"Ordered it online June 1, 2020 for $545.00 all paid up front. 2 weeks later I logged in to see progress on delivery and it stated it wouldn't be ready to send till March of 2021 almost a year later. I cancelled my order June 26th and here it is July 27th 2020 and still have not received back credit to my credit card account. Not good, I'm not a rich guy by any means, this is like stealing. Will be talking to my bank much more thoroughly and possibly the authorities. There has to be some recourse, there was no physical interchange of items, just my money, so Covid 19 should have nothing to do with the return of my cash."

Very Poorl

"I ordered a HP all in one computer on 03/30/20 they sent me confirmation that my order has gone to the warehouse for shipping. On 04/01/20 they charged my account for the order on 04/02/20 I checked the website and it said my item was on back order I received no notification from them. I called they said they would send me an email the next morning with an update, which they never did. I had to call them they said they would cancel my order but did not know how long to get my refund. I called the bank to report the charge. By law you are not suppose to charge an account until the order is shipped. They never had the item. I would never buy or recommend them for anything"

Do not buy anything from the company.

"They charged money although the item I purchased on 15th is EOL end of life with the manufacturer, and they did not notify me about this issue until i contact. After i contact them, they have promised a refund right away, but they are still holding my money (Today is 22nd). "

Horrible experience

"I purchased a timer and it came in an open package, resealed stapled shut. The battery was dead and they said I have to wait 24-72 hours for an RMA. Have no idea if I will even see a refund...maybe next year if I am lucky. "

Bad customer service!

"I asked to cancel my order because the order has not shipped for almost 2 months. The customer service lady told me that I cannot cancel because the order is already submitted to the vendor and they don't have any control. This company is terrible with customer service period. I recommend people to stay away from the company. I received the order after another month later...."

Broken ordering system and bad customer service

"TL;DR This company sold me something they didn't actually have, then gave me the runaround about a refund for a month. Don't trust their claim of "In Stock", it's meaningless.



I found Neobits through a Google Shopping search for some headphones I wanted to buy. The site seemed legit (good score here), and the price was good, so I purchased the headphones. The next day my order status changed to "Backordered". I thought that was weird because they were definitely listed as "In Stock" when I made the purchase. Having no interest in waiting around for them, I cancelled the order through the website, and purchased the headphones elsewhere (had those in-hand two days later). I thought that was that, but no such luck :(

The next week I noticed my bank account had not been refunded for that cancelled order. I went back to Neobits and found that the order still listed "Active" in my account, so I reached out to customer service to make them aware of the issue and demanding an immediate refund. They got back to me saying they would cancel the order and refund me immediately. Well it's now another week later, and the order is still "Active" on their site, and I still haven't been refunded. We're coming up on a month since the original purchase date with no end in sight.

Anyway, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with these goofballs. The page for those headphones doesn't even exist anymore. Looks like they never actually had them and just caught a fish (me) from Google.

Wrong Item, Terrible Communication

"I ordered an item after calling to confirm that they had the CORRECT item in stock because I needed it right away. I paid for expedited shipping and paid $100 more than I could have gotten in elsewhere because they said they had it in stock to ship same day. The item did ship but it was the wrong item. When I tried to get it corrected, I called customer service and they had me send an email to customer service...odd...I was on the job 1.5 hours away trying to get it taken care of quickly. They didn't respond for a week or so. I ended up having to use the incorrect item and spend more money to achieve the options that they didn't send. After emailing a couple times they finally responded with a simple solution of returning the difference in price of the two items with no apologies or checking to see if there was anything they could do to make it right. Terrible customer service. They are definitely not interested in helping the customer that they caused many inconveniences to, just interested in the sale!!"
