They told me that they had my item and that it would ship out right away from a warehouse close to me. Turns out it took 2 days to move my order from the office to the warehouse. Then it was sent from a warehouse on the other side of the country from me.

So bottom line - I would have no problem buying from them again. But I would make sure that I adjust my shipping expectations down."
