"I bought two dresses in June 2013. One dress was shipped. The Nina Canacci dress for $278 and they ignore my emails asking where it is after confirming order was for two dresses. My daughter's prom is in 4 weeks. Where is my dress or my refund. Buying from Australia they just ignore me"

"After consulting with them directly and requesting stock availabilty for these 2 bridesmaids dresses which they confirmed and i paid express postage, they haven't delivered as promised on time before 7th Nov. I had to rush around to find replacements for my wedding! Now they are refusing to refund my purchase! still havenet got the dresses, will never deal with them again! extreemly disatisfied with service after placing my purchase.... now dont know what to do! "I needed a dress to attend my boyfriend's Marine Corps ball and the selection on their website was absolutely wonderful. I found the perfect one and they were very helpful to make sure I ordered the right size! I also had to special order it to make sure it came in time. I was constantly asking if it had arrived and they were ALWAYS ready to update me on my order and surely enough it arrived a few weeks before I needed it. I even got a phone call when it made it to their store! Very helpful and great experience!"
"Ordered2 dresses 1 came within a week the other was on back order so i got to pick one they had in stock thet sent it out and it was more money and they didn't charge me the extra, got it didnt't really like it so i was goin wait for the orginal one they said i could have that one free of charge and then they sent me the orginal one and i love them thanks for everything Neal and i know as a bussiness owner sometimes things happen but thanks for making me happy"

"Horrible. You're allowed to view and even order a dress in a color and size that's not even in stock. We ordered a $500 dress in turquoise. We were then notified that they didn't have it in turquoise. So, we settled for a black one that was in stock. Even though we took the measurements and followed the size chart, when the dress arrived, it was too big. When I called to tell them we needed a smaller size, they said that size was not available. I asked if they had that size in any other color. They did not. I asked if they had a similar dress in a smaller size and was told they only exchange dresses of the same style. They said it would take 6-7 weeks to get one in the smaller size. My daughter's homecoming dance was a week and a half away. They apologized and said we should have it altered. We were forced to do that and paid another $110.00 to have it done. The zipper is was nearly impossible to get zipped even though it was very loose. No one ever answers their phone. You have to leave a message and wait a day for them to call you back. Or you can e-mail them and wait a day or two for an answer."

"I found everything most helpful before I placed my order, but it all fell down when I was promised delivery of a dress I wanted to get married in on the 14th September, and was promised (with only 12 days to go) that my garments would be sent in time and, despite saying shipping was free, I was charged $65 for shipping which I assumed to be for express delivery with so little time to go. Today is the 21st September, and I have still not received my garments.
When I contacted them by email on the 14th and said that it was too late and the garments would be returned in the same packaging they arrived in, they said 'we don't take returns'. I had read the terms before placing the order and fortunately had written in the comments box, I was ordering these on the basis they would be received before the 14th (as promised by the Sales lady). I suspect, if I do receive the order and send it back, I will have difficulty in getting a refund of the £1000.00 spent, on my card. I will wait and see what happens.
