"Ordered 2 "in stock" items. 3 days later got email saying items may be shipped in 3 more days.
Canceled order on tele, lady only asked order #, no name or other verification. If she slipped a digit what did I cancel for who? Store cancellation policy is I still pay $10 or 7% whichever plus shipping for product not shipped.

"Web site said item was in stock so I ordered. Later that week they called to say it was backordered but should be in in 3-5 days. Every 3-5 days I would get an email update saying wait another 3-5 days. This happened for over a month when I cancelled my order. That was 2 full days ago and I havent had my visa credited the $550.00 yet."

"I ordered the headphones on January 17th. They did not ship until January 22. 5 days (3 business days) later. In the 21st century, comapnies are going to have to be a lot more responsive to orders than this. The price was the best. The packaging was first rate. There are dozens of companies who purpose to ship orders same/next day. I chose not to waste my time on any future orders. If you don't mind waiting,go right ahead"

"Only Pro:- Some of the lower prices on the web.

CONS:- Their web database is *not* in real-time or even delayed by a reasonable few hours. It's delayed by 2 days!!

This is misleading and disappointing especially when the timing matters. If you need your parts within an expected time, go elsewhere.

Also, very flaky paypal checkout. After all the above hassle, they finally cancelled my entire order. Which went just fine through Newegg/paypal *and* ZZF/paypal.

"The price of the product was lower than other stores and shipping was very quick. Their website didn't keep very up-to-date order status (i have the product here but the web site still says 'in process'), but who cares if the product gets delivered within 48 from ordering ;o). Good overal experience."

" I ordered an item on 4/3/05. The item was listed as in stock at the time of my order. I had to call Neutron USA to find out the status of my order on 4/13. I spoke to George who informed me that the item is on back order with no ETA, however, my credit card was charged immediately. He made some excuse that there was probably low stock and I just missed out, but I was never notified of the status. He said because I paid that I was on a waiting list. I told him that I don't feel that I should be charged for something that has not shipped to me and has no ETA and not even be notified of the status. I was willing to wait for the item but I wanted to be credited until the item actually shipped to me. George told me this will take me off the wait list for this item and prolong my ETA (which he wasn't sure when that was anyways). I asked to speak to John Kud, his supervisor, but he told me he was unavailable. I wanted to advise him that being that NeutronUSA was not willing to work with me, they were unflexible and that is a formula for failure. DO NOT USE this merchant."

"I work in Bosnia-Herzegovina. I have been looking for a long time for a reputable computer dealer that stocks a variety of hardware at competitive prices, and is able to ship to my location without ridiculously inflated shipping charges. Neutron seemed to fulfill these prerequisites, so on October 26 I ordered a video card, power supply, photo printer and printing supplies.

There was a delay in processing the order due to Neutron's international ordering procedures, but that was resolved within a few days. My entire order was shipped on November 3, and arrived in Sarajevo on November 5 -- sent via FedEx, even though I was only billed for Priority Mail. I don't know if the FedEx shipping was a mistake or a courtest upgrade (my order was over $1000), but I am not complaining.

In fact, I would like to thank them for great service, but my one complaint is that they did not acknowledge direct e-mails. They only send what seems to be automatic prompts to help complete the ordering process -- and their system was very helpful, but highly impersonal.

In any case, I am glad to have found Neutron and I will definitely order from them in the future.

"First experience with NeutronExpress/USA. Used pricewatch to find the best price on an SMC 8505 GB Ethernet switch and 2 SMC 9452TX GB Ethernet PCI cards.

Placed the order Saturday, today's the following Thursday and I'm up and running on GB Ethernet. And that's using the slowest shipping option (free) they offer.

Best price, accurately reported availability, free shipping. I'll do business with them again, you can be sure.
