"The site does not work up to par. The order was never confirmed in e-mail. The tracking I paid for never came. The status tells me it was never shipped but when I emailed them they said it had been shipped. I am still waiting for it to come. They never answered my question on tracking . It is either the culture or lack of skill to run a business.
Also their customer communication on the web site does not work, you have to e-mail them directly. The order is not in my member profile on the site. "

Edit: 24.05.2017 Tomorrow a complete month is over and i still got no answer, but whats even "better" is that I now cant even login anymore... It says: regionId is a required field. -.-
Edit 2: 16.06.2017 At the 09.062017 i got a mail and they asked if i wanted a refund, i answered with yes and at the same day I got my money back. Because the support didnt answer and I didnt know if i would ever see my money or my product. I also wasted a lot of time and because of those points I will never ever buy anything again there."

"I bought hundreds of items, so I think i am in title to say that the service is poor, quality of items are not good at all, however the website is real good, the variety of items very good, price is good, but I am sure if you would bring better quality items maybe for little more money, and make your shipping time better you would keep most of your customers, however if you go like this with poor quality items and slow and long waiting time to get the items, I know I wont be ordering you no more, I do however hope before you loose me and many other like me, you change and improve what needs to be improved.
