"In my opinion I think the service is excellent I have always received my item give and take on time.I have never complained about faults,broken or not receive .I am fully satisfied with the service and I buy fro other companies which this year I will reduce my buying from and increase where I am satisfied.
I I would think is important is that any new item should be sent to customers to have a look at.

"NewFrog was very good to deal with. Had issues with item, they responded promptly trying to provide fix and ultimately sent a replacement. The item they were selling however, just didn't work for me (clamp on current meter). Couldn't ask for more from the vendor - 5 stars for vendor, 2 stars for that specific product they were selling."
