"At first I did enjoy shopping at new frog, then I began to see that a lot of the stuff did not work, but as it is so cheep I did not mind too much. One big problem I have is that your items do not come with instruction, there are no instructions on line even. So we end up just throwing them away. Thus I have stopped buying anything from you.
