"I placed my order in mid-August 2018. According to the tracking info they provide it was shipped out Aug.19 and arrived in the US Aug. 28. It is now October 4th and still no product. I contacted Newfrog and they said it was delayed at customs. The product is a simple replacement remote. I was told to wait another two weeks which would bring us to a full two months since the order was placed. I have no faith in anything their chat person said and have a feeling in another two weeks I will be told how sorry they are and to wait for just 2 more weeks. I would not recommend this company. A product isn't a good buy if it never arrives."
