"Generally satisfied. The products are good for the price that you pay. Most importantly, the postage is free/very low which makes it all worthwhile. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is that sometimes the product had insufficient padding/packaging and therefore occasionally the goods are worse for wear when they arrive.
Also, although the vast majority arrive within 4 weeks, one item in an order of 20 items never arrived. Overall, I have bought maybe 70 items all up, happy with newfrog and if they address the packing and double check items being posted, I would be VERY happy :-)"
