Although I got registered at your system, I cannot finalize an order while logged into my NewFrog account. So I have to place the order as a 'new customer' without being logged in.

Unfortunately the order tracking (internal NewFrog order status NOT delivery tracking with courier ) does not work with the given specific order number.

Anyway, this order procedure works out for me and deliveries are fine so far.
