I ordered a helmet on a Saturday and it took them almost two weeks to deliver it. It happened to me twice already... This time I talked to one of their 'CHAT SPECIALISTS' before I placed my order and he said i would get the helmet within a week. What a lier... After they shipped the item I tried talking to him and he just ignored me... Bad online customer service."

"This was my third time ordering from NewEnough. All three transactions have been painless. Most recently I ordered a pair of gloves. I was unsure as to what size to get since my hand fell between two sizes on their sizing chart. I needed to return the first pair and order the next smaller size.

The return was easy and they provided a prepaid FedEx shipping label for the return. I note one reviewer said he had to pay return shipping but that was not the case in my experience.

"I do not like the fact that they do not have an exchange policy.You can order another one at the same time if your not sure the size is right.But that doubles the shipping charges to you and ties up twice as much of your money.When most places will pay the shipping back to you if it's an exchange.So I've paided $12.67 shipping to me and $10.76 to ship the jacket back to them because it was to tight in the shoulders.That's a total of $23.43 costs I've paid and they wanted me to pay more in shipping charges to send me another jacket in extra large size.So doing business with them has cost me $23.43 and I have nothing to show for my time or my money spent.The extra shipping costs makes their low prices higher in the end.Doing business with this company was a mistake.I will not be buying from them again.Buyer beware...
