"I am happy with Newegg, all is good, the BIGGEST & the only problem I have is that I do not know where they would ship from so I can estimate when I would receive the part. I know that Newegg ships from a warehouse near me, but I wish the site would show me from which warehouses it would be shipped from so I can adjust the shipping method according on the urgency. I don’t want to pay a NEXT day shipping if, let’s say it would be shipped from Southern CA where I am, since I would get it NEXT day anyways."

"I've used newegg for a long time across multiple business and regular accounts for different companies. They always take care of me. They aren't perfect, once in a while there's a hiccup.... but nobody is and they tend to accommodate you more-so than anyone else would to fix the problem. Across all the businesses I've worked for over the past decade, I've probably ordered thousands of computers from them that they don't even see when dealing with me for a problem with one account, but they still take care of me no matter which account I'm ordering or RMA'ing from. If they don't take care of you for some reason, your request is probably unreasonable or something that no other vendor would have done anyway. Deal with it and give them another chance because there's nobody with better service out there.

"I have used neweggbusiness for a few years now without a hitch. This last order, the quantities were messed up even though more were available it gave me the wrong number. Also, being a federal agency we have never been required to resubmit our paperwork for the last few years. Suddenly we were charged tax and when inquired as to why, were told that we were supposed to have submitted the paperwork yearly. Never was a requirement before. Was not ever sent an email notifying me that this was a new policy. Just suddenly got taxed when I ordered. This causes a paperwork nightmare having to get it refunded and account for it on this side.
Disappointing.


Edit: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by a NewEgg rep regarding my concern. She enquired as to what exactly was the problem and had our tax info updated immediately. She also expedited what she could and offered to straighten out any problems I might have experienced. The follow-up was good and I feel that newegg has repaired what could have been a tenuis business relationship.

"Not going to lie. Had some problems with a couple of computers. 1st one came up ran for a couple of hours then would not boot up after that. The other one was DOA. However NeweggBusiness came through. Sent prepaid shipping labels and waited until I had the time to research replacement computers. Cant tell you anything about them, there not here yet. But it was a pleasure to have the help and support in resolving the problems. I commend them for their integrity and will continue to buy from NeweggBusiness."

"I purchased a Fujitsu tower computer and it was missing a part that was supposed to be in the box. I contacted Fujitsu and they told me I had to contact Newegg, so I did. I spoke with Bobbie and she took all the details and got the Fujitsu to ship me the adapter. Thanks Bobbie and Newegg. Great Service."

"I purchased a hard drive that was clearly shown to have a 2 year warranty. When I received the product, it was defective. I contact the manufacture and found out that it only had a 4 month warranty. I contact neweggbusiness for a return since they misrepresented the item. I have to go through a lot of hoops and finally they said I can only get store credit. I really didn't like what they offered because they basically sold me the wrong item. I would never buy a hard drive with only 4 month warranty. After wasting another 20 minutes on the phone, they said they can give me a full refund as a one time exception. I am pretty shocked since I thought it is the norm to get your money back when someone send you the wrong item. Just beware if you buy from neweggbusiness, they may not let you return an item for a full refund if they send you the wrong item. They only made an exception for me because I spent 30 minutes on the phone/email and having the frustration of dealing with a broken product in the first place."

"Good service. If you need to send a product back within 30 days or purchase there are no problems. They will also usually waive the restocking fee if you ask and there is no cosmetic damage to part/packaging.

Prices are fair, nothing spectacular.

Shipping can be a problem. We don't order hard drives from neweggbusiness.com anymore when we can help it. Other items aren't really affected like hard drives.

Their customer service is second to none, just today they honored a refund on a return only item & waived a 2 day shipping charge for a duplicate re-order. My advice to anyone, make sure you call if their online support doesn't cover your specific customer service needs. "

"Poor shipping quality, software item was crushed upon arrival, cardboard box software item was shipped in bubble envelope, This would work for plastic cases but not cardboard, also I placed a single order including three items, neweggbusiness split into two orders and two shipments. Now I can not use RMA or return processing via the website."
