I knew the receiver I ordered was already cheap for what I was getting, but I signed up for a price drop notification and it came down another $50 in a week and a half. This more than covered the price of an extended warranty.

Shipping was quick, used Purolator (which delivers to my condo more reliably than UPS or FedEx) and originated within Canada. Tracking info was promptly provided.

"Service was decent only issue I had was I spent over $1700 and paid the the premier for 3 months to get the free shipping and free rma. Issue was they sent the packages by canada post instead of purolator and the packages weren't delivered to the house but rather to the continence store down the street(because canada post was too busy)... all other packages without premier came purolator or ups to the door with signature required. The worst of it was the email from newegg gave me the contact information for purolator but with a canada post tracking number, took a call to customer service to find that out. Service was fine but in hindsight I would of paid for the higher priced shipping to avoid the heart ache of cheap shipping options on expensive orders."
