"My recent experiences dealing with newegg have been fairly good. There are a few things that I believe could be much better. I did the 30 day trial of trial of newegg premier however it is far too limited on select items, so I found it to be rather useless for the requested yearly amount. I also dislike that newegg deals with other companies for shipping, that do not meet the newegg standards in my opinion. My last critique is that I find the price match to be very slow and encourages me more to purchase from the other vendor then to remain loyal to newegg as I have been for years. Overall I still recommend this company to everyone and do find it to be fantastic with great support. I just believe some small changes could make this company a 5 *.

P.s. Please step it up in your refurbished department, it's not fair to receive a clearly used and still broken item and be out the shipping for that item. Yes return shipping is paid by newegg, however I believe original shipping costs should be covered also when product is sent in such a way."
