"After a delivery issue Newitts took full responsibility (even though it was their deliverer who made me have a mad post work dash to a collection point a day after I had paid for, having next day delivery and they did not get my package to my wife who was in, as was my neighbour and Amazon had managed to deliver in same timeframe!) A big thanks to Kayleigh at Newitts. The products I got were excellent, this was never an issue, and i would use Newitts again for sure and likely will in the short to medium term for my equipment needs. A refund was appropriate given the stress and inconvenience caused when Ihad a deadline I was working to and I will be a return customer. An example of a proper approach to customer service, a slip up can happen and must be remedied. I can thin of a couple of other organisations I deal with who could learn from this rather than do all they can to 'fleece' their customers further after shoddy customer service. As they say, in this country people first moan, then they don't go back! Follow Newitts example and sort things and then customer loyalty is retained and enhanced."
