But the items were to big, I emailed the company 3 times to ask about return/exchange process but got no reply, been trying for three days to ring but permanently engaged till finally to get through today to be told I would have to pay to have them returned and re-order all over again online, when while I was on the phone don’t know why they couldn’t re-order for me. After I have returned the goods I will probably go elsewhere and won’t recommend the company to anyone due to poor experience. I feel the company were great when ordering but when I had an issue, something simple the company didn’t want to know. The advisor I spoke to on the phone today wasn’t very friendly, her tone of voice was as if she wasn’t interested. Not a good experience to be honest."
