"I was having issues with our own kit supplier and with various web sites historically - both on value and service.

I ordered 2 Mitre match balls but mistakenly ordered size 4s. Kelly in the customer service department not only resolved it but did so the same evening. I received both size 5 balls the very next day (I had paid for next day delivery). The costs including next day delivery were still better than I could get both balls elsewhere.
