Unfortunately, unlike the Royal Mail, the delivery company were unable to deliver on Saturday - you have to be in to receive the product which is not terribly convenient especially considering a pair of insoles should fit in all but a mouse's letterbox. The delivery company were unable to deliver before 1430 on the Monday so I had to go on holiday without the shoes that were destined to contain aforementioned insoles. Having to take a day off work to sign for insoles is ridiculous."
