"I would have given 5 stars as the product itself was excellent, very good value for money. However on completing my order I noticed my address was incorrect (I've recently moved), I immediately emailed customer service to state the problem and asked if they could please alter the details and gave them the correct address. I did not receive a reply for 2 days (may have been due to the company not working over the weekend?), sadly the email said my order had already been dispatched and they couldn't change my address, on receiving that email I received another that confirmed my order had been dispatched, sadly the attempted delivery was to an empty house so I had to wait a further 2 days for redelivery to my correct address. I believe if the address was correct the time of delivery it would have been received very quick, so I'm very positive that my next order will go without fault and I can give the company 5 stars on my next visit."
