Then went through fairly straight-forward returns and re-ordering process for a bigger size- haven't had the refund through yet but assume all is being processed. My main problem is the thoroughly inadequate sizing guide, which for Boys offered only waist sizes, no mention of age or height, so this was the reason I ordered the wrong size! The first pair turned out to be for age 8 - 10, which I would never have ordered if I'd had sufficient information. So I lost £2.90 on returns postage! Could have been avoided."
