"When I ordered these items through E Bay your name came up and Pay Pal informed me that they would send the money direct to your company Newitts. Surprise surprise. Last Friday I received a phone call from Bargain Booze inquiring did I order some items from you ie; Newitts? Yes I informed them. I went to collect only to discover the parcel opened by the owner.The reason being: My name did not appear on the parcel only my phone number But HIS name and Newitts were to invoice him with something he did not order.
Paypal have taken the amount from my account and I presume paid Newitts the same. Nowhere was my name mention either on the invoice or the parcel.
One cannot blame the computer only the person operating it. I hope Newitts have received the money and they have not invoiced Bargain Booze.
