"Ordered an item Wednesday, paying for next day delivery as I needed the item on Friday evening. Friday arrives, I wait for my parcel, mid afternoon I receive a text saying ‘As requested’ my delivery had been moved to Saturday. At no point did I request my delivery be changed, Numerous phone calls to Newitts. Dealt with Kayleigh. She never returned a single call despite repeatedly saying she’d find out what was happening and call me. At 3.30 still no joy. When asked, she said Newitts shut at 4.30 and if needs be she’d stay late and get the situation sorted. I never heard off her again. Gone 4pm I tried calling to hear a recorded message saying they shut at 4pm for the weekend. Lies Kayleigh. If you worked for me, you’d be sacked for lying to a customer, for not returning calls, and for generally not providing a positive customer service. You have one job, and you failed miserably, therefore you’re incompetent. I finally got my parcel Tuesday, six days after ordering it, and when it was no longer of any use to me. Newitts, you **** big time, you’ve earned a one star review thanks to Kayleigh, and lost my future custom for ever. Kayleigh, I’ll be reporting your poor service and blatant lies too. I just hope all Newitts calls are recorded. Anyone planning to order from Newitts, especially if you need something at relatively short notice, hit Google and buy from somewhere else. "
