"Order despatched on a Friday. Paid extra for express delivery. Promised by DPD text that delivery would be Saturday as expected. Nothing received on Saturday. No information other than "your parcel is on its way to the Cardiff depot" was available on the online tracking log. Phoned Newitts on Monday as DPD said it was the sender's problem. Newitts investigated and found that DPD had sent my parcel to Smethwick by mistake. No way of getting my goods before Tuesday but were needed for Monday night. Cancelled the order. Newitts staff apologetic but helpless to get my parcel to me on Monday. Newitts did all they could, but the blame lies with DPD"
