"The delivery made was very fast so good on that point. I did not like the actual delivery experience. Unfortunately I dozed off just as delivery was expected, to awaken when the van was outside my property. On reaching the door I found the delivery man had already attempted to raise my attention - (my bell does not work and I have a piece of black sticky tape across it to make people aware, I don't know whether he attempted to knock on the door but as I am a light sleeper I cannot see that this happened) - and he was ready to leave. He had left the parcel with a neighbour, one whom I do not want to have contact with. I called to him and asked if he would retrieve it and he refused. This obviously meant I had to knock on the door of this neighbour which I did, but was not happy."

"The innersoles are great, the service was reasonably prompt just a couple of niggles I think the postage and packing was expensive, I would have liked a line on the inner sole marking the sizes so I could trim it to the correct size (the size I purchased came as 5/ 6.5) I take a 5 so they needed trimming"
