"Having paid extra to ensure next-day delivery, I was horrified to receive a text message to say the delivery driver had not been able to deliver as no-one was in! I knew my hour slot and was waiting. I was completely unaware he’d been to the house - no knock at the door or ring of the bell - the only way I could have been sure of receiving it would be to have stood outside the house for the whole time. As I needed the product for the next day I had to go searching for similar in the shops and had to pay more meaning I also don’t need the product any more so I’m not happy with the whole process and wish I’d never ordered anything from Newitts."
