"I brought 3 1.5Ghz Computers with CD ROM Burners, 256M RAM, 56X CDs, etc. They were delivered well before the promised date and immediately came up working with no further work on my part. The price was very competitive with other non-brand mail order and much less expensive than the name brand computer integrators. Two of the computers went to my kids who are Gaming and surfing the internet and have been very happy with the speed and dependability. I used mine to develop in C++ and Visual Basic, do technical papers, and develop virus signaturing metrics. We have all been very happy with the results.

"I was dissatisfied with NexGen.
First it took a month for the computer to be delivered.
A tech phoned me on the day it was suppose to ship to inform me that he could not get
the CD burner to work and asked me to upgrade to a different CD burner.
I voiced my concern over the stability of the Mother Board. I was assured that the Mother Board
worked perfectly. So I let him upgrade the CD burner.
When I received my computer it did not work and crashed on startup continuously.
At this point I did not feel that NexGen had the experience needed to supply me with a trouble free system so I returned it for a refund.
When I tried to get an RMA number they immediately put me on hold for 40 minutes.
NexGen billed my Visa on the day I ordered instead of the day it shipped.
Then took over a week to credit my Visa after they received the computer back.
Because of this I ended up paying a finance charge on my visa bill.
Add this to the cost of the original shipping and the return shipping and I ended up out of pocket $152.
I still need a new computer but do not trust any of the purchase options available to me.
It was NexGens incompetence that created a situation where I lost money and time and ended up with
no computer at all.

"Digital e Tailer's provided a very competitive price on the digital camera and the smart media card that I wanted. Although the company shipped the wrong type of smart media card to me, the company's customer service rep was courteous and very responsive concerning the replacement/exchange process. The exchange was made without to much hassle (given that any exchange is a hassle under the best of circumstances) and I received the correct product within a short period of time. My only concern with this company is the high cost of freight; however, the product price was very good even when considering the freight cost. If Digital e Tailer continues to offer competitive prices, I would not hesitate to use them again. "

They called to make sure what I ordered was what I wanted since there would be compatibility problems. They recommended a solution to the problems.They delivered on time. One of the computer was a "lemon". It was one of those things when nothing would work and it always was down.Their customer support was good to work with for all the problems. The only semi-negative comment I have is that their shipping charges seem high. "
