"I bought 3 computers (all the same model) from NexGen. There technical support for the purchase was good. They called to make sure what I ordered was what I wanted since there would be compatibility problems. They recommended a solution to the problems.They delivered on time. One of the computer was a "lemon". It was one of those things when nothing would work and it always was down.Their customer support was good to work with for all the problems. The only semi-negative comment I have is that their shipping charges seem high."

"I bought a new computer from Compaq. It was the best price that I could find on the net for the specific machine type I wanted. There customer service could be better to work with. Their technical assistance could have more knowledge (seemed to be high school kids with no expeirence I was talking to). But bottom line is I have my computer and it is working okay."

"I have ordered several things from Computers4Sure and the products and delivery were fine. Some prices are not the lowest but if you look around some are quite low."
