"Just as reported by others, next warehouse lists items at prices that are low just to get you to purchase them, only to use the same excuse and call you to tell you it was a mistake and the new pricing is higher. Complete scam and a waste of time for consumers to even go through the process of clicking to add to the cart.
This company should do everyone a favor and shut it's doors and quit wasting everyone's precious internet bandwidth and time"
"I ordered a new TV at the normal price, and received my order confirmation. 24 hours later I got an email saying the price had gone up and they wanted to charge me $280 more. They gave me an ultimatum... I either needed to pay them $280 more, or my order would be cancelled. I replied and said I already had a purchase confirmation, and if they still had the product, they should send it. They canceled my order with the reason "Customer Requested Cancellation". So I ordered the same TV for an even lower price from an Amazon seller, ...after 3 days of waiting on Nextwarehouse. However, I truly feel that I dodged a bullet. If their fulfillment process is that bad, I'd hate to see how they handle returns."
"Placed an order for thousand of dollars worth of graphic cards back on December 2017, 2 weeks later I was told they were on back order (which I was fine with) after months of calling them multiple times for a status, they canceled my order without notice and the owner told the customer rep to tell me that if I wanted the order fulfill, I had to pay the current price which is almost double now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, This hole in the wall of a business will not follow through with your order and will rip you off!! Please read all the bad reviews on the web."

"It has been a while since I've seen a company do such shady things as this one. I ordered a Graphics Card from them back in December which was just before the big boom on those items. Weeks went by and nothing arrive, I ended up contacting them approx 5 times between then and now. They kept saying that the item was on back order. Meanwhile, on their website they kept jacking the price up and kept selling these units. Their inventory on the website would show that there was units in stock. Then I talked to some other people who had bought the same item, after me but at a higher price and received that order. Today, I got an email suddenly saying that my order had been canceled due to either "a Request was made to cancel the order; there was No Response after several attempts to contact you; or the item was discontinued." None of these were true. I surely did not cancel, have not received any communications from them other than when I reached out and the product is still being manufactured. So I called and was told they canceled it because they didn't know when they would next have that item in stock. Meanwhile, on their website, item is in stock at twice the price I have locked in for.
Long story short, they are not honoring orders that were taken at a lower price and have instead chosen to keep selling to newer, higher paying customers."
"nextwarehouse.com: I do not understand why Google still promoting that reseller? That is a big mistake. The name of reseller do not realy means it is warehouse. Items shown in stock at Nextwarehouse are shipped directly from manufacturer after 2-3 weeks, if the reseller pay them to ship it. After I waited for shipment confirmation,but did not get any as I were promised, I contacted their customer service for confirmation of shipment or for refund, but I did not get a response few weeks until I filed claim for refund with PayPal. Finaly thanks to PayPal I got refund. In the time I waited for shipment Nextwarehouse raised the price for item that I ordered with about 25% and offer me to reorder it. Then I ordered same item from B&H on about same price I paid it to Nextwarehouse and I get free expedited shiping same day. Finaly I’m happy thanks to B&H, but I lost almost 2 months to dealing with Nextwarehouse. This as my first and last time when I made business with Nextwarehouse."

"to start off, i was very skeptical about ordering from this site and my wife even checked into reviews and recommended paying a little extra and going to amazon, newegg, b&h etc. im a little risky and ordered from next warehouse anyway. let me tell you from a customer service representative myself, this company is legit and they have good representatives working for them. i spoke to the supervisor Nigel myself (and yes, its hard to get a hold of someone but if you call them 6am pacific standard time, i guarantee someone will answer, ive done it twice) and got the scoop on why this company get such a bad reputation. next warehouse is basically a middle man for other vendor warehouses for transactions for products. they may say something is in stock but itll also say something next to that about manufacturer. you may find out its actually not in stock and be refunded you money back, its because the vendors procrastinate on updating their stock and nextwarehouse is only giving info thats being provided to them and as is. they do have good priced items and customer service is in america, but make sure the item you are ordering is not something you are in need of immediately. actually if so, give them a quick call (if you can catch someone to answer or call back later) and you can ask if the inventory online is legit. i would shop from them again and to be honest, i actually had a more pleasant shopping experience and customer service with this company rather than office depot. I ordered a tape drive and they say 6 to 9 days and its over a month now and i am trying to get my tape drive or my money and i dont have time to call them every work day , its insane
never buy from them again , either itechdiscount , they are bad too , dont ever think about saving a few dollars by buying from these 2 , very dishonest and very late on reply if they did."
""in stock" with an actual # of items "in stock", does not mean "in stock", which would be bad enough but with NextWarehouse it also means "charge your customer, and hold their money while we wait weeks for delivery, and then delay issuing a refund."

"Preordered a GPU at $830 on 1/12 when their website stated that the GPU would be arriving on 1/17. On 1/17 they listed the GPU in stock for $950 showing they had over 10 units. On 1/18 the price jumped to $1000 and they listed 5 remaining units. On 1/19 the price jumped to $1100 and they listed 1 remaining unit. Figured my order was filled since I preorder it. Wrong - per the person I spoke with - in the fine print on their website the agreement states that they can take up to 3-6 months to fill your order!!!!!! WWWWTTTTTFFFFF! The estimated arrival date on the checkout said 1/23/18.
Yeah, so if you would like to give them a free loan for 3-6 months while they sell your items at higher prices to other people and then only fill your order after the product is outdated and they can't sell them anymore, well then this is the right place to go. Oh yeah, I also ordered a PSU that they said they had in stock, they also raised the price on it about 25% and never filled my order.
Total scam, not sure how they are not shut down by the state they operate out of."
