Poor Customer Service and giving false information

"I purchased a Heated blanket for a Christmas gift. However I would never have purchased from them if I would have realized the poor customer service on the return. I had to return because it was not what I wanted. They told me to call UPS and they would take back package if I refused it. The problem was that UPS delivered package a week ago and would not do what their customer support told me. False information. I called the customer service and they told me that I needed to try harder with UPS. They also gave me the run around and thought my situation was funny. When I asked could they return they told me they would charge me restocking fee plus I would pay shipping for return. My advice to anyone is don't buy from these guys. "

Wish I could give zero stars....

"Awful experience, place order because online it said it was in stock, that was May 2017, more then 6 months and countless e-mails later that had conflicting information, my order was canceled. Six months they had my money, very deceptive and rude to me after I waited 6 months. Left messages for the management team to call me, no response. Are they cowards or crooks? Either way, stay far away from Nextwarehouse.com ."

Bait and switch pricing scam

"watched price of a specific item for a couple days. The price remained constant and the inventory levels remained constant as they display a live update. Once I entered the items into my card the price changed on checkout page. I went back to examine if I had done something in error on to see the correct price 429 for the item but when I enter the check out the price jumped to 451. I called to inquire with a customer service rep Montana and she confirmed the product number and the cost was indeed 451 but the product listing was indeed 429 and she explained this was a glitch in the system that has been happening for a few days on other items too. I was only interested in the price of the product I wanted and asked if they would honor their listed price. Montana was quick to point out that she understands but its a glitch and the price is 451. DO NOT DO business with anyone or any business that has people willing to tell you a glitch exists in their system and that they can not honor their advertised price. Obviously the ratings for this company or exactly as they should be. Terrible!"

RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. CROOKS

"I purchased a TrippLite SmartPro 300Net server battery backup for roughly $800. According to the specification on the site the power source was your typical 110 outlet plug. When received, it was a plug we have never seen and required a dedicated 220 outlet. The owner’s manual pictured the plug we expected. We called the customer service number to inform them that they must have sent the wrong item. We were met with arguments, insults and belittling. We asked to speak to the manager and were informed that we were speaking to the manager. We again tried to explain the situation relating the power source pictured online as well as the manual did not match the item we received. We wanted to ship the item back and get the correct item. We were told that they would only refund a % of the purchase price because it was considered used because we opened the box AND we had to pay the return shipping. We informed him that the item had not been used as we have no way to use it as was. He began insulting us for being ignorant and not reading the specifications (although they were incorrect). We told him that we had additional items we had planned on purchasing from him but given his lack of service we would go elsewhere. He then said he didn't want or need our business anyway. After all the arguments I did have to pay to return the item at $130 shipping. I received a refund after 2 weeks of sending emails requesting they process the refund. They charged 10% to restock the item and eventually refunded by account. I ended up spending over $200 for an item that was incorrect and have nothing to show for it now. BEWARE of this company. I will pay more far more than this purchase to know that I will not be insulted and issues will be taken care of if they should arise. MAJOR FAIL ON THEIR PART."

Don't make my mistake.

"So I was on the hunt for a I3-8100 a few weeks ago and most places had sold out of the CPU. So, I saw this store had a few in stock and I decided to order it because I needed it to finish my build. First red flag was when my transaction didn't got through until that Wednesday (I ordered on a Saturday). So, after asking if it went through I got a response the next day. I have waited nearly two weeks and haven't received my tracking number and have no clue where it is, or whether it has shipped. My estimated arrive date is Thursday, November 9th so I hope I won't be like many other reviews and have my package cancelled without my knowledge. "

4 weeks since order. Still nothing delivered. Refuse refund until package shows up and is returned.

"TERRIBLE company to do business with! I placed an order 4 weeks ago. They still insist that the order has shipped but cannot provide a tracking number or proof of shipment. After waiting 4 weeks for the order to arrive I told them to just cancel the order and refund my money. They said that's not possible until the package gets to me and either refuse it or return it to them. WHAT PACKAGE?! It's been 4 weeks and they still cant even provide a tracking number for it! CRAZY company. AVOID at all costs!!!!"

Just..why?

"Once upon a time, I ordered a computer for a little over a thousand dollars. I went and used my dad's credit card and placed the purchase said to arrive within 6-10 days. I was super hyped for my new computer until the 10th day where it still didn't arrive. The next day I went on the website and it says the order had some sort of billing error I needed to fix. Apparently they wanted my dad's business e-mail or phone. Now, why would they possibly need his business e-mail for a personal order? I told him to call and they explained that because his name was on the credit card while my name was on the shipment and it was over a thousand dollars, they needed his business e-mail. Thats bullsht. After a long series of yelling, we simply cancelled the order and went back to trusty amazon for a smooth ordering process. Still hyped for the new computer. :D"

Never Again

"I ordered a $299 printer. They sent me a tracking number. Many days went by and my printer hadn't arrived. I used the tracking number to search for my printer. It said, "Order Canceled". What? I didn't cancel the order. I emailed them; customer service said that they had made a mistake on the price and canceled the order.

Why in the world didn't they notify me of the cancellation? I was without a printer and would have waited longer for the shipment. Man, am I glad that I tracked the package or I wouldn't have known that they canceled my order. They told me that the printer would now be $399 instead of $299. Amazon has it for $345 with 2-day shipping.

Ugh. They canceled my order with no communication. I wasted 8 days of waiting for the printer. I'm ordering one today from Amazon that will be here in 2 days. Never again will I do business with this company!

Horrible Communication

"Ordered an item, payed extra to receive the item within 3-6 business days, and was suppose to receive the tracking number on the 5th day. I went to the website the 5th day to receive my tracking number, but it was not available. The system told me it would contact me as soon it became available. It never did. The sixth business day passed and the item did not arrive. I decided I'd give it a few more days, and so waited a bit longer. It still never arrived. I attempted to call customer service, calling multiple times during their business hours, but was only sent to voice mail. One person's voice mail. So as far as I can tell, their entire customer service department is made up of one person, whom is not at their desk and available during the company's business hours. I read other reviews which stated the company had cancelled their orders without any communication of doing so, so checked my bank account, and discovered my money had been returned. Cancellation without any communication, and the extra money paid for shipping has not been returned. A company which does not value their costumers, treating them with complete disregard. A perfect model of what a company should not be. "
