"My husband and I moved into our new home, we both desired professional window treatment with that being said we called Next Day Blinds, the representative came out very fast, took measurments of our windows and our money. We had a appointment for LAST Thursday. No one NEVER called or showed up. We had to call them see what was going on with our appointment. We was told that the supplies was out of stock and they give us a call. We are extremely disappointed with the service we ARE NOT RECEIVING. And we are in desperate need of window treatments. My husband paid in full, over $2,000 AND WE HAVE NOTHING!!!
AND NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING BUT GIVING A BUNCH OF EXCUSES. "
"Overall a good experience and a good product. However, I'd would have liked to have paid when the work was completed. However, the installer would not take a check, so I wound-up with nasty e-mails from Next Day Blinds, saying that if I didn't pay my remaining balance due they would send a bill collector after me. So I had to call the office in Alexandria to let them know I would have paid, if my installer would have just taken a check, then Next Day Blinds would have been paid by that Monday. I received an apology from Dave at the Alexandria store who told me this should not have happened."

We had gotten blinds for our son ‘s room and liked the feel, so we went back to Next-Day Blinds. We like very much the size and color but I am not as happy with the cords needed to move the blinds up and down. Our first blinds could be pulled up or down by handles on the blinds. But we have cords and a pulley system. We will have dirty cords! I had for something easier and less intrusive. However, the blinds are great, our salesperson was great, installer fast and courteous. It is just the cords that I don’t like."
