"We ordered blinds for 10 windows, all pretty much the same style (dual cell honeycomb). Open from the top or bottom. Got some very good advice on choosing the blind style and colors from our consultant. They were installed about a week later (so the name is a bit off), and the installation was great. Blinds can be a little stiff to use, but we hope they loosen up with use. Way better than the crap you can get at Lowes."

"The process from frost visit to installation was great. After installation we did ask Erin to come back to discuss whether the grade of sheds was making the living room dark. She explained the different levels of light transmission and offered to exchange the shades for ones with greater transparency, but said that because our balcony was covered we would nigh see much of a difference. After comparing what we had with a sample of fabric with greater light transmission, we decided to stay with what we originally ordered. What really impressed us was the great follow-up and the company’s willingness to make a change that we thought would better meet our needs. Even though we ultimately stayed with our original selection,it was a graphic demonstration that NDB wants the customer to be satisfied with their purchase and will go the extra yard to make that happen. Would order from NDB again, and recommend them to anyone seeking blinds, shades or shutters. "

"We've struggled for many years with our bay window that faces east. The sun rises and almost blinds us at breakfast. We have put up several different types of window treatments - the wooden blinds were too heavy to raise on the big window, the drape always got hung up on the pole... the blinds are perfect.

If I have one complaint, it would be that the installer told us not to let the shade wind up and go around the cylinder or they would have to come out. It's been fine so far, but I know the day will come when one of the grand children lets it go!
