They seemed to be a bit under-staffed on the day I visited, so it took slightly longer, but the salesperson seemed very well informed and, ultimately, effective. The scheduling of visits was quick and convenient. The technician who did the measurement was very experienced and quick, and noticed specificities of my windows that needed attention. The installer had to reschedule his visit, but he was able to do it for the next day, so the delay was not too dramatic. The installation was quick and very clean, and the technician heard my questions and concerns and addressed them during that only visit. The treatments have performed well and they look beautiful. "To begin our experience, we were given a price which we were told was for motorized blinds. That was expensive enough, but incorrect! We later found out just before the order was placed that a " mistake" had been made. The price went up considerably.
Without much choice as we cannot reach these blinds to move up and down, we went ahead and ordered. Our original order was placed with a floating employee. Complications were handled with a manager. She was rude and demeaning. Our measuring and install experience were both very good. After a few weeks we realized that a wrinkle in one blind which we thought would " hang out" was not going away. Unfortunately, we had to deal with the rude manager again. She was difficult again, but finally sent out someone to examine our problem blind. We are waiting now for a new blind to replace the wrinkled one. We were offered a substitute blind as this is a very sunny bay window. This was a nice offer, but upon hearing our turn around time of a week, we decided to decline. We will not return to Next Day Blinds in the future."
