"I placed an order on July 7 and have emailed them a few times, but I keep getting the same response that the Customer Service Manager will ensure the order is processed. It's now 7/22, and outside of the canned email responses, no one has contacted me about the delay, and the order still shows as "Unfullifed".
I am all about supporting Veteran owned companies, but not when they have this poor customer support."
" I PLACED AN ORDER AS A GIFT FOR A FRIEND OF MINE ON SEPTEMBER 3RD, AND WAS TOLD AFTER THE FIRST WEEK I WILL RECIEVE A TRACKING NUMBER , ANOTHER WEEK HAD PASSED AND STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER WAS TOLD BY " KARRIE " THAT DUE TO STORM AND SOME OTHER INTERNAL STAFFING ISSUES THAT ORDER WAS BEING EXPEDITED BY THE ON LINE SUPERVISOR, WHICH I WAS NEVER ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO , MIND U THE FEE FOR THE ITEM WAS REMOVED THE DAY OF PURCHASE, SO NOW THAT IT WAS NO LONGER GOING TO BE A GIFT I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 27TH, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME"
"I loved the shirts I got. They got the size right and it even came a few days early. Plus when I opened my package I found a free sticker waiting inside along with my shirts. The process was simple and fast what more can you want?"
"Veteran owned and operated business should know the terms of products they are selling. How can you say your veteran own and operated by veterans when you don't even know the proper names of your products you are selling. And further more why is your American made 105H 12oz Mortar Round mug Grey in product display line on your site. Is it because your reviews submitted prior corrected you as a company and won't respond back to the review and cancel orders because it????Page management how can the Phillipines and India help manage an AMERICAN VETERAN OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS in the united states."
"This company uses items made in China. The shipping is completely ridiculous. 1 month to get something? They used to give stickers haven't gotten one on the last 4 orders. Then found out made in China. They send emails daily free shipping free items after you have already ordered and paid getting nothing. I was a loyal customer, only free thing I ever got was a sticker. What upsets me most is they're not made in America! Look at the labels. "
"I would give 0 stars if this would let me! I placed an order almost a full MONTH ago, with the understanding that it can take 7 business days before it ships---that's fine, I planned ahead. I received no communication at all in the process, I had to call 3 TIMES to check the order status and kept being told that "it was being escalated to a supervisor" and "will be shipped out ASAP". Finally, on the 17th business day (24 actual days since I placed my order) after receiving nothing but a confirmation email, no response from the "supervisors" in over a week, I called again and was told that one of the items is out of stock and that is why it hasn't shipped. No one could tell me this in my 3 other phone calls over a 3 week span of time??? They took my money instantly, but couldn't bother to respond and say "Hey by the way, we don't even have what we sold you....sorry!". WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, do not buy from this company. You will be lucky to get what you order, after you wait a month to try to give them the benefit of the doubt. This was for a birthday gift for my fiancé, thanks a bunch Nine Line! This is not at all a reputable company, now I'm stuck the day before his bday scrambling to get a back up gift. This business should be shut down, I wish I would have looked at all the bad reviews before I bothered ordering. "
"I went into the store in Savannah on Aug 14 and bought $190 worth. I had to order a shirt through the cashier chic. I waited a week later to call to see why I haven’t received my shirt. Oh it never got ordered, oh but you took my money immediately?? So Karrie said I will send this over to my supervisor to get this expedited for you. Well it’s Sept 9th and still no shirt. Called again and spoke to Karrie and she says well the USPS says you’ll get it Friday"
"Never again...items did not ship when they were supposed to, was charged extra for expedited shipping, horrible communication. You are better off buying some Chinese crap."
"Same story as the rest of the reviews. Ordered online and they took my money instantly, then sent me a bunch of spam emails for new products. Two months go by and nothing. No update, no shirts, NOTHING. Called customer service three times to be told the same thing, they have no idea why my order has not been processed it should only take 3-7 business days. This company is absolutely awful. At this point if I ever do receive my order I don't even want to wear the products or show them any support.
Do not buy anything from them. They should be ashamed of themselves."
"I hate writing a bad review but this company got too cocky and customer service took a ****. Been waiting two weeks for a sweatshirt that was suppose to be a gift for my mom. She is in the USO and I thought it would be cool if she had some veteran owned gear. Should have went with one of the other veteran owned companies that actually ship and actually fill orders with no excuses. Still haven’t received the clothing. Project War Path is a good alternative if you want to support military clothing outfits. Avoid NineLine. "
"I bought 2 conceal carry jackets. Your advertisement says made in the USA. Not, they are made in CHINA! "
"I love the shirts and I will buy more."
"Ordered a tshirt online from Loyal Nine Apparel. Never received the shirt, emails to them go unanswered, and now their website is completely down. SAVE YOUR MONEY and order elsewhere, this company is a complete scam."
"After hearing all sorts of great things about Nine Line Apparel from news articles, social media posts, and some of my own staff who've ordered from them (albeit, the BRC products), I was encouraged to find some great t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats on their website. One of the t-shirts was advertised as "24 hour ship" so I placed an order that included not only that shirt, but several other products. I entered my credit card information on the order form, paying for 2-day shipping, and my credit card was charged before I even got the confirmation email from NLA. I thought, "Okay, they are quick to take my money, let's see how quickly they fulfill my order!" That was on June 5.
Reading that they can take 5-7 business days to produce an order, I figured I would at least get the shirts that were advertised as "24 hour ship." After I checked my order on June 12, I discovered it still showed as "unfulfilled" so I called customer service to get a status of the order. The young lady's response was "we can take 5-7 business days, and today is only the fifth business day, so you will have to wait." When I asked about the 24-hour ship product, the response was "if that's included in an order that includes other products, you have to wait for one shipment." Well, nowhere does it state that on their site. Nowhere does that reflect when you're placing your order. Nor is there ANY indication--until AFTER you place your order--that the company will take their sweet time fulfilling your "custom order", but be ultra-quick in taking your money.
My order still shows "unfulfilled" and I have no guarantee that any of the products I ordered will arrive before Father's Day. As a veteran, I was excited and pleased to provide some business to a "veteran-owned company" but each day that goes by without an update to my order, I feel more and more like a victim. And reading these other reviews, I can tell I'm not alone.
Very disappointing that a company touting itself as "Patriotic" would be this callous in its treatment of its customers."
"I ordered a 10 pack of what I thought were going to be useable masks **** to me surprise I received something that was totally unusable pieces of cloth. I return them and they only refunded 1/2 of my money total unexpected and unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to pass that off as a mask that is the worst product I have ever seen.
I want a full refund. That was not what I ordered.
N Alan"
