"It took over 3 weeks to deliver a $10 part. I called and was told " this is an estimated delivery date". Never in over a decade of ordering anything has anything been delivered anywhere near 3 weeks after the " estimated delivery date". Not to mention the confusing shipping process that wasn't transparent up front where it has to he shipped to a dealership and then shipped to you. When you buy the part they make it seem that the "estimated shipping date" is when it will be shipped out to you but that is just when it is supposed to be shipped to a dealership and then shipped to you. That date changed 3 times before it was shipped from the dealership. Terrible and confusing process. "

"It was a straightforward experience. It was easy to locate the correct parts by VIN and about $500 less than buying directly from a dealership or auto repair shop. Delivery took about a week or so. Not bad at all. They were professionally installed on my 2007 Altima today, and they sure do look pretty. Time can only tell if they'll live up to Nissan's reputation. I could have gone with cheaper knockoffs on Amazon for half the price, but the final cost would have equaled out in the end or be even more expensive due to replacing the off-brand headlight assemblies within a year (which seems to be the trend per Amazon reviews). I take good care of my cars and expect to get five more years out of this one before replacing it. "

"Generally when you order a part for your car it’s because it needs to be repaired… and when your car needs to be repaired, you’re looking to get the parts you need quickly. I ordered the part I needed under the impression that it was in stock. Days later I get an email letting me know that they have had to order the part from another supplier and that might expected shipping date has been pushed back. Not cool at all. Next time I’ll use another supplier."

"I purchased a front passenger OEM power window motor/regulator 82730EA005. The image in the part schematic is misleading. I thought I was getting the motor and regulator assembly together. I was surprised when a little box arrived with just the motor. I was able to refurbish and grease the existing regulator assembly and it all worked out but most manufacturers list these parts together or they come as one assembly. Frequently when windows fail it is a dirty corroded cable/regulator assembly more than the motor itself. My son really needed the truck this week with a working window so we'll see how long this lasts- would be 15 more years if I replaced both."
