"Around 10:00 pm on Sunday night, I ordered a replacement for the plastic back of my side view mirror. At 8:30 the next morning, I got a call from the Parts Department (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) telling me that the one I ordered was not the right one for my VIN number. He cancelled that order and gave me the correct part number. I was notified shortly after our call that the part was ready for pickup. Pretty terrific!"
