"I couldn't log in. I spent 2 hrs. producing my order. There was a promo code and I used it. I placed the order only to be required to sign in. You wouldn't accept my two-month-old password. By the time I got the password restored then the promo code had expired. I started over at the cart stage and when I got to the payment page, I requested the promo code again, and it worked. So, I have no complaint. I just wanted to tell you what my experience has been. Caio. "

"Bad experience due to false advertisement! Bought the item because the specs review and received an item not as specified, now all kinds of leg work to return items, weeks have gone by now waiting on the return label, had to buy the tool somewhere else, with no refund yet till they get their item back. Customer service made me feel like I did something wrong for not having a printer for their return label, all I wanted was to simply buy a tool and wasted time, money and now space catering their product I-now have to return, I hate giving bad reviews but it was just a bad experience! Make sure to call in and double check your order. Cause there will no making it up to you. "
