"The first engine arrived damaged. I reported it immediately and it was picked up by FedEx 2 days later. It took 9 days more for Northern Tool to credit my account.
The way I see it, Northern never delivered what I ordered — a new, working engine — but it held my payment for more than 2 weeks. That’s shameful.
Here’s the capper: I also ordered the replacement engine from Northern. It arrived with a broken oil fill cap and there spark arrestor was not in the box. I’ll live with that rather than do another return. But I am not a happy customer.
