"After much delegation, I decided my next mattress would be a memory foam, and after being put off by the price of many big name memory foam mattresses, I found Novosbed. I was hesitant about ordering a mattress online, however after reading their 60/120 day guarantee, there was nothing to lose. I ordered a king Aria on a Tuesday night and immediately received an email from Novosbed asking me about my sleeping habits, if I preferred a firmer/softer mattress, slept on my back/side etc to confirm that the Aria I had ordered would be suitable for me. The mattress shipped out the next day and I was provided with a tracking number as well. On Thursday in the afternoon, the mattress arrived. I was very happy when it took only two days to arrive, as my bedframe at the time was going on 7 weeks. It was a bit cumbersome to move the box around with the mattress rolled up on the inside but I managed by myself, it would've definitely been easier with another person. My first night sleeping on the mattress was great, I woke up feeling refreshed and alert. I took no time at all to adjust to the new mattress, after reading about how some people have a transition period when getting used to a new mattress.
The initial smell was definitely noticeable, but not unpleasant or unbearable by any means. Once you're in the same room for a bit, you don't notice the smell anymore. The smell lasted maybe a week, tops. Novosbed's customer service has been exceptional, replying only a few short hours after I emailed them questions regarding the mattress itself. "This is the bed that my husband and I have been waiting for all our lives.

"My wife and I waited a while to write this review because we wanted to spend several months on the bed before giving our opinion. We can now say this is easily the best mattress we've ever owned. The comfort level of the Harmony mattress is such that we fall asleep about 3 times faster than before with little or no turning. We compared this mattress to several Tempurpedics and I find our mattress at least as if not more comfortable. I've never felt overly warm so the cooling gel seems to be working great. My lower back pain has gone down noticeably since I've had this mattress. The ordering, shipping and communication with the company was easy and well managed - the 120 night trial is certainly reassuring. I also now use the pillows that came with the bed and although my wife isn't a fan of memory foam pillows I find them very comfortable and they certainly help relieve neck pressure."

The mattress came relatively quickly after the order was placed, unpacked pretty simply (although it is a stone bear to move- weighs over 100#!), and we were sleeping on it that night. I also liked that the customer service representative called to verify our choice BEFORE they sent it, to make sure we knew what we were getting, and not only wanted, but NEEDED what we chose.
