"I order from the internet all the time, and I found the website confusing.the item I thought I ordered and the item I actually did order were completely different items. I have no idea what happened, but when the order got placed, Tue item that was ordered was not the item I was looking at ordering.

I have asked for a return authorization and have not received anything from them, even though they said they would send it."

"On 6/26/12 I placed an order for a hard drive that the store indicated was in stock and available for shipment. I got emails almost immediately confirming my order and payment completion. After 7 days, I had not received any tracking info (which the website indicates I will get), so I called them and was told it was back-ordered! Although the website specifically says I would receive a notification if something was not available for immediate delivery, I received nothing. They had no explanation as to why I was not informed. "David" was not particularly helpful or knowledgeable, but says I will get a refund upon the cancellation of my order."

I was called the next day and told the listing was a mistake, not for the printer but for a cleaning kit. They did return my money immediately, which I appreciate. The person who called me spoke extremely poor English. I had to ask him to repeat himself."

"I ordered a hard drive that their website indicated was "in stock" on 6/7/2012. The order went through on the site and it indicated "payment accepted" on my invoice. My credit card was charged for the full amount on 6/8/2012. On 6/12/2012 I received an automated email indicating that my order had been canceled. My credit card has not been refunded. Now I get to play the customer service game with Nyetex.com and possibly my credit card company to find out 1. why the order was canceled and, 2. where my refund is.

Whatever happened, I should have been kept informed rather than getting automated emails that give me no details. Now I have to spend my time trying to figure everything out. This was my first and last order from Nyetex.com and I don't suggest doing business with them."

"Do not use this company! I ordered from them, and after 7 days of waiting, I finally called them to find out where my computer was. They claimed they never received my payment and I needed to call the credit card company. I asked them to just cancel my order, at which point they told me it was cancelled, but I called the credit card issuer and was told money was already paid to Nyetex 6 days ago, this is after Nyetex claimed they didn't get any money. I do not believe Nyetex has the system in stock and therefore never sent it, the excuse they gave of not having been paid is just that "an excuse". Avoid these guys at all costs. They will not call you if they don't have it in stock and they won't give you your money back. At this point I have had to file a dispute to get my money back."
