"this experence was not very good. you changed the site the day after i made my perchus, deleated my acount, then i had to call and that was very dificult because i had to call back numerus times. then on the phone i was told that i would receve a tracking number for my order on monday, now its almost thursday. i havent receved any info on my order. i dont think ill be buying from this company again."

"Delivery was super-fast. Order placed on Saturday & received Wednesday morning with no shipping charges. Description of item was minimal, but most items on site have detailed specs. Factory re-certified computer. It did freeze on second day. Tech support through HP very good (India at 2:00AM, on-line, typing, so my hearing and any speech accents not a problem). Turned out to be loose connection on hard drive (maybe this was why it was returned). Item was priced lower than all others, even before shipping costs added (again, this company's charge was $0). "
