"ordered parts and then one week later was sent an email informing me that those parts (which it said were in stock when paid for) were discontinued. Why even list parts if they're discontinued let alone say they're in stock and let you pay for them."

Took my name and number for that person to call me when they have time. Guess they never had time to call me back. I just wanted to know the status of my order. There customer service is terrible. Will not be using them again or recommend any one else to use them."

However, I never received an email about shipment, and the website now says that the "Domain has been parked". I received no update about the order until I emailed and was informed that the part is discontinued and that I was issued a refund. "

Called in 3 separate times before being told that they were supposed to email me that parts were unavailable. Several times I was told that this needed to be taken care of by online orderer. Unsure if refund went through correctly."

When I did get a human on the phone, they could not provide any information other than excuses. What a disaster. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Beware. "
