Cancelled my order for a bogus reason.

"I ordered two parts for my car and several minutes later I got an email from them that said:

"Thank you for your order! Unfortunately, your transaction has shown a risk level above "low". I am not approved to complete any orders that show above that threshold. I will go ahead and cancel your order for you.

With that said, I looked up both parts for you, and they both show inventory in Ford warehouses. I would advise contacting your local Ford dealer, as they should be relatively easy to obtain.

I replied back asking what they hell they meant by "risk level" and was told that they use a "fraud detection system" to determine it. I'm obviously not a fraud and just trying to buy parts for my car. And my local Ford dealership doesn't have anything for a 2007 model car. I've tried asking them for parts before and they told me to try finding parts at a junk yard. Not very helpful.

Judging by the other poor reviews of this business, I'd say they're the ones who are frauds. Don't buy anything from them. Try some place else.

Great Service, they sell Ford Parts For half the price my local dealer quotes me!

"I've been ordering Ford Parts from oemfordpart.com for the past 4 years. I've gotten to know the staff pretty well over the years, I do know that for about a year they had an issue with finding a new parts manager that fit the role they needed so there was a transition period where a few customers didn't have a good experience. But they have all new management now and I've been impressed with the shipping turnaround and customer service here lately. I work on Ford Diesel Engines, as you know Ford Diesel Parts are not cheap, they have saved me a lot of money over the years. I feel like I owe it to them to speak out on them in a positive review. I saw a study that said around 70% of people that leave reviews online only leave reviews when they have a bad experience. When everything's good society is too lazy to leave positive ones."

Pathetic!! Don’t Order Here!

" Website stated parts in stock when I ordered. Apparently the parts we’re not in stock. I waited about 10 days before parts were shipped, paid for 2 day shipping. Parts arrived with items missing!! 17 days later, I’m still without parts to fix my car. "

Is fraud and you have to keep fighting to get a hold of them.

"A few days ago I ordered some ford parts from www.oemfordparts.com
I use their website payment not PayPal they run my card and charged me for that but then they run my card 2 more time which luckily my back declined the extra 2 times.
I never received a confirmation number or emailed. So I kept calling and emailing from contact of website oemfordparts.com but no one answered ever or returned my voice msgs or emails. So I went to my credit card changes to see if I can find their contact there which I did and called them up it turned out to be jacky jones Lincoln I got their number called the dealer direct they said they never charged me.....really? I told them my credit card has a charge so guy asked me to send him a snap of my statement and I did email right away they guy did not get back to me so I called again to see what's going on. A lady now picked up supper rude by the way her name was Danielle she said that I had to call the credit company 3 way to confirm so I said ok I'll call back so I called my credit card on the line and 3 way conference call that jacky jones lady not answering again 3 time I had my credit people so finally I called their ford reception desk and told this lady to please do not hang up just get me that lady talk to me since I have the credit card person on the line before that I explained that their employees is not answering and what was going on so she got the part manager on line with me they explained same thing that they did not charge so short story they passing ball around so finally my card company said they will refund my money back takes up to 10 days lol yes crazy but 10 days. Please if you or any one you know report this to every website and bbb or other gov authorities. Oh not to mention I used the same site again for those parts I need it urgent and this time us3d PayPal worked fine and paid next day I received an email from them jacky jones Lincoln/ oemfordparts.com saying they talk with their shipping person the website miscalculated the total shipping charge so if I want the parts for the same address I have to pay the an extra $ 85 on top of $160 that I already paid. Now you all be the judge please don't for get to reply if need more detail if you work with news agency willing to write and publish my story. Thanks and sorry for mistakes while writing with my mobile phone on top of that I am very angry about this business the management is really bad I am pretty sure they know they never changed so many ppl had same problem now that I am researching no one cares at this company to really fix things I mean I did talk to parts manager he did not care. Explained my situation to every one of them including reception desk and other people like Danielle and the other guy from Parts I forgot his name he emailed me first should be all the records on their system it's really sad .

"I ordered a part on a Thursday and payed for 75 dollars over night shipping. The next day the part never came so I started calling oemfordpart.com. I called about ten times and no one answered!! I looked online and I guess that's happened to a lot of people. well I sent them a message and left my number and said if they didn't contact me back I was going to report it as a fraud. They emailed me, not called! and said they didn't have the part and they would get it Monday and charge me the same shipping to overnight it and get it Tuesday!! I replied back saying I didn't want it and of course no reply. Monday morning comes and they send me a message with shipping options. I replied saying I should receive free shipping being they offered over night shipping on a part they never even had!! For the second time I said I didn't want the part! That was all before 10 am. At about 4pm in the afternoon I received a shipping conformation with a 75 dollar over night charge!!!! I contacted them and they said they would take it back with a 20% restocking fee!!!! They ordered and shipped that part when they damn well knew that I no longer wanted it 3 days prior!!!!!!!!"
