Is fraud and you have to keep fighting to get a hold of them.
"A few days ago I ordered some ford parts from www.oemfordparts.com I use their website payment not PayPal they run my card and charged me for that but then they run my card 2 more time which luckily my back declined the extra 2 times. I never received a confirmation number or emailed. So I kept calling and emailing from contact of website oemfordparts.com but no one answered ever or returned my voice msgs or emails. So I went to my credit card changes to see if I can find their contact there which I did and called them up it turned out to be jacky jones Lincoln I got their number called the dealer direct they said they never charged me.....really? I told them my credit card has a charge so guy asked me to send him a snap of my statement and I did email right away they guy did not get back to me so I called again to see what's going on. A lady now picked up supper rude by the way her name was Danielle she said that I had to call the credit company 3 way to confirm so I said ok I'll call back so I called my credit card on the line and 3 way conference call that jacky jones lady not answering again 3 time I had my credit people so finally I called their ford reception desk and told this lady to please do not hang up just get me that lady talk to me since I have the credit card person on the line before that I explained that their employees is not answering and what was going on so she got the part manager on line with me they explained same thing that they did not charge so short story they passing ball around so finally my card company said they will refund my money back takes up to 10 days lol yes crazy but 10 days. Please if you or any one you know report this to every website and bbb or other gov authorities. Oh not to mention I used the same site again for those parts I need it urgent and this time us3d PayPal worked fine and paid next day I received an email from them jacky jones Lincoln/ oemfordparts.com saying they talk with their shipping person the website miscalculated the total shipping charge so if I want the parts for the same address I have to pay the an extra $ 85 on top of $160 that I already paid. Now you all be the judge please don't for get to reply if need more detail if you work with news agency willing to write and publish my story. Thanks and sorry for mistakes while writing with my mobile phone on top of that I am very angry about this business the management is really bad I am pretty sure they know they never changed so many ppl had same problem now that I am researching no one cares at this company to really fix things I mean I did talk to parts manager he did not care. Explained my situation to every one of them including reception desk and other people like Danielle and the other guy from Parts I forgot his name he emailed me first should be all the records on their system it's really sad . Here's the email they sent asking for more"
