"Thinking it's a Walmart marketplace retailer, assumed it needed to adhere too some standards, like a customer friendly return policy. Not the case. Bought a baby gate, did not fit the space to be protected. Found out 1. 20% "restocking fee", 2. Customer pays for shipping. Expensive, and not at all the Walmart policy. this is where Amazon beats them out. Be careful when ordering from this reseller."

"I ordered a full over full bunk bed. One of the head boards arrived damaged (a piece of wood chipped off during the shipped process). I wasn't going to do anything about it because I was able to glue the piece on and it was a piece that didn't affect the safety of the bed but OJ Commerce contacted me and ask if everything was satisfactory so I mentioned it arrived damaged. I sent them a picture of the damage and they sent me another head board. The quality of the furniture is good also."

"Do not use this company because their return policy is HORRIBLE! I take partial blame for not reading the fine print because all the information was all there. If you want to return an item they charge a 20% restocking fee and you have to pay the shipping. I bought an item from Walmart’s website (first mistake) that cost me $73.23. In order to return it, FedEx wanted $59.00 for shipping fee plus OJ Commerce wanted a 20% restocking fee - that would have cost me $73.60. Are you kidding me!? I ended up keeping the item and gave it to a family member.

When I called OJ Commerce, the girl even chuckled when I told her how ridiculous that was. She said she agreed with me but hey, what can she do? She’s just a customer service rep doing her job; not her fault.

Will never make a purchase from any vendor if I see OJ Commerce attaches to it. Lesson learned - Be sure to always read the fine print."

"I ordered a basketball and when I got it, it was flat. It did not say that it would come inflated. When I went back to check, the very last thing on the page said it was inflated. But you had to click on another tab just to read that. It was very misleading. I was not happy and will not buy from them again. I was very disappointed. The picture was of a basketball with air and it did not say anywhere on the advertised page that it was inflated. I did get it at a good price but I could've paid just $2 or $3 more dollars and got a blown up ball and not pay shipping and handling. I think O J Commerce should compensate me in some way, to make up for false advertisement and then I might stay a customer of theirs."
