"It took at least 3 days for OMB to ship out my order when it originally said same day it would be shipped, then I pay for 2 day shipping so I won’t miss my drag events because this is the last part of my build I’m waiting on. Still don’t have the part and it’s been a week. I’m very disappointed in OMB advertising that they will ship something faster than they actually can or at least if there’s a delay make it known so I’m not just sitting and waiting for 4 days with no update on my shipment. It **** having to miss an event you planned all year for over an order that said it would be here but isn’t here when they said it would be. Fake advertisement on shipping can bite people in the ****."
"At first my experience was damaged by not receiving the expected items HOWEVER Eric took care of business pretty fast, he got back to me and offer to send me the item missing at no charge including shipping, now days to find a customer service like that is difficult that goes without mention that I live in Canada, THANKS ERIC, I trust if you keep that kind of service on, your business is going to grow pretty quick, also I do recommend the OMB warehouse the parts coming from them are second to non, quality is top notch."

"Just installed my BT200X torque converter. Bike is mostly stock with governor defeated with zip tie mod and throttle stop removed. Bike feels twice as fast and climbs hills it couldn’t before without a running start. Works great with my 300lb **** and bombing around my property or running to the mailbox.
