"I was thrilled to find a part for my car at O.E Parts but my happiness was short lived. The representative was kind and honest when he told me that I wouldn't be able to get the part because of a nationwide backorder. Additionally my order would be cancelled and my funds would be transferred back into my account. Although my experience with O.E. Parts did not result in a successful sale I will do business with them in future.
