"After checking around at local dealerships and getting prices, I went online to OE Parts. I had a few questions about which exact part I needed because a few of them looked very similar. I spoke with Gabriel on the phone twice. Both times he was very knowledgeable about the differences between the parts and helped me determine exactly which one I needed. I ordered the part late Friday afternoon and the part was delivered to my house by UPS (no additional charge) by early afternoon on Monday. Plus I saved more than $100 over the local dealership prices. Thanks OE Parts."

"I have placed two orders with oehq. The first, I had the GM part number for a door handle and when that came it was right and no problem installing. The other part of that order was door hinge pin bushings that were way too big to fit, so I couldn't use them.
On my second order I typed in the vehicle info and found the part I was looking for, clicked on the link to order and unknowingly got sent to the wrong part #. When the part arrived I found put it was wrong and now it's going to cost me the re-stocking fee + return shipping. In an effort to find out if the blame was on me I returned to the web site and followed the link again and found even though I clicked on the right part, when you get to your cart the part number is different. So my advice is if you have a factory part number you're probably ok but if you don't, go elsewhere.

"Order was placed easily over the phone and received in a very timely fashion (placed on a Tuesday and received on a Thursday). The part (side marker/turn signal reflector unit) was an exact replica of the original equipment on my Oldsmobile Silhouette. All coloring, quality and molding was exact to that of the original piece.

"I ordered a rear windshield wiper blade ago from oehq.com and never received it after 3 weeks. Their site still said no tracking information was available, and I emailed then twice to check on the status and GOT NO RESPONSE. I was never told the part was on back order. My credit card was charged after I placed the order and I only got a refund AFTER disputing the charge with my credit card. When this review was posted they told resellerratings that I never placed an order with them, and I had to show the charge on my credit card bill to resellerratings to keep this up. These people are CROOKS and LIARS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"The part arrived very quickly! It seems to be exactly what I ordered. Too bad it was an electrical part so it cannot be returned. Either the part failed right away or the computer is kaput, I will have to spend some more time trouble shooting. I will definitely order from this vendor again."

"I ordered a rear windshield wiper blade part#ACD8-318. I got the right part number but the blade was for the FRONT windshield. My email receipt even said it was for the rear window. You labeled this part for the rear window wiper blade. I already ordered the part from somewhere else and will keep the wiper blade that you sent me for a spare. also, the shipping cost is almost as much as the item. I do NOT think that I will order anything from you in the near future. Thanks anyways."

"This part would not fit my car, even though the website said it was for my make and model. I paid $6 for shipping, which is not refundable. It would cost more to ship it back. It was a small part, so sending it back for a refund would cost me almost as much in shipping as it did to buy the part in the first place. I am extremely dissatisfied."
